  • Pan fry with some olive oil on a high heat for 8-10 minutes.

    Add half a cup of water to your pan the last 3 minutes of cooking.

    Optional:

    Thinly slice an onion (and/or pepper) fry it, then add the chicken.

    Serve with pitas, flat breads or as a Middle Eastern Salad Bowl
