Bread Class

 

Simplifying and demystifying the techniques of homemade bread.

 

1. Sourdough ~ basic sourdough recipe

 

2. Focaccia ~ a soft, dimpled, airy dough with the most flavourful crust when it’s baked

 

3. Flat bread ~ the essential, simple bread used for wrapping, dipping and stuffing

 

Each person will go home with their own sourdough starter, and their own batch of sourdough to be baked at home.

 

This is a hands on class.
